  • Shipping: We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. BJT.nu is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Custom-tuned ECUs are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: Contact us at info@bjtmarin.se to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. Please contact us for details on return eligibility.

6. USB Tuning Interface Return Policy

  • The USB Tuning Interface can be returned for a full refund after use if you no longer need it. Please ensure the device is in good condition when returning it.
  • Refunds for the USB interface will be processed once it is received and inspected.

7. Warranty

  • Product Warranty: We offer a warranty on select products. Warranty coverage may vary based on the item. For details on specific product warranties, please check the product page or contact us.
  • Tuning Warranty: Our tuning services are guaranteed to meet the specified performance metrics when used as directed. If you encounter issues related to tuning, please contact us for support.

9. Limitation of Liability
