All work is performed on customer-owned engine control units (ECUs), and no tuning devices are distributed for self-use in regulated markets.

In jurisdictions such as the United States, Canada, or Australia, tuning services may only be permitted on off-road, race-only, or competition-use vessels. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all local emissions laws and environmental regulations.
